Easter Day!!

We had a wonderful day on Easter. The Easter Bunny came and spoiled the kids with games, toys, and treats. Grandma got the kids cute Easter outfits. This is Isabelle in her cute spring dress.
Since our kids never want to look at the camera at the same time, this is the best shot that I could find. I could never ask for cuter kids. I get goosebumps everytime I see them. We are so lucky to be able to come down to Grandma and Grandpa's house to spend time with them.

Let's dye some Easter Eggs!!!

We have had the wonderful opportunity this year to go to Grandpa and Grandma's house for Easter this year. It is also Grandpa's birthday. We had a lot of fun the night before Easter dying Easter Eggs. Grandma thought it would be fun to let the kids dye a little more than their feet.

More cute kids

These pictures are more for fun!!

Funny Faces!!

Anyone who knows my kids, knows that they can produce some of the most silliest faces in the world. We were trying to be professional photographers. My kids were just not cooperating, not to mention Isabelle falling asleep. We could always get one kid to smile and the other to goof around. There is a story behind the soccor jersey Eli is wearing in the picture. There is sometimes a week that goes by that he refuses to take it off. It is blue and white and very old, so old that it was mine growing up when I played soccer.

I am so grateful for my kids and their wonderful personalities. They are so precious in every single way.

Isabelle's Blessing

On December 7th, we blessed Isabelle in our ward. We had a whole lot of family staying with us. We had so much fun. The blessing was wonderful. This was the 3rd time I got to do this. I love doing it and am grateful that I keep myself worthy for it.

Tearin' up the bathroom!!!

Ever since we moved into our home, it has been our goal to replace our bathroom. This bathroom was hideously ugly. It had a blue tub, no shower, blue toilet, and a blue sink. One fine day, back in November, we got wild and decided to start by ripping out the bathtub. Our decision was so random to start. However, thus started our wonderful journey on remodeling our bathroom.
I had a friend over who was more than happy to sledgehammer into my walls. It took a lot of hard work, but eventually we heaved the 650lb cast iron tub out of the walls and into the back of the pickup. We are now just about finished with the project (23 trips to Ace Hardware and 56 trips to Home Depot). The project has had a lot of bumps and bruises...ie: tearing out the wall to the left to fit the tub surround in; getting the tub and surround cemented and sealed in, only to rip it out due to a plumbing error, leaking pipes resulting in tearing it out a 3rd time, sticky bolts resulting in sawzall through the toilet. All in all, if I had to do it again, I would hire a plumber, but I will appreciate this bathroom more than any room in the house when it is finished. We are in the process of painting and doing the floor. I will post more pictures when we finish.

Putting up the Christmas Tree

I know that this is kind of weird, but I found my SD Card from our camera and I wanted to get back into this blog thing. One of the reasons I started this blog was to keep it as a journal. So I will post several things, with the last one being the most current. This was Christmas 2008. Our kids had a lot of fun setting up the tree. Eli wanted to do almost the whole project. He is getting so big.
Isabelle is just chillin' in her chair, watching her brothers make a mess. She is less than a month old here!
This is Owee. He comes up with some of the most craziest outfits.

Here is the tree, all beautifully decorated. I think the kids did a wonderful job.
